Health Guarantee / Sale Receipt

Puppies should be examined by a licensed veterinarian within 24 hours of purchasing your puppy. If purchased over weekend or holiday will give 48 hours if needed.

This puppy is guaranteed to be in good health at the time of delivery at the best of our knowledge. Seller guarantees puppy against fatal viruses for 48 hours (distemper parvo, corona). All of our puppies are guaranteed for 3 years against any life threatening genetic defects, provided they are kept on NuVet Plus.

If your puppy has any health problems that will result in death, it must be returned within 2 weeks with a signed statement by a licensed Veterinarian, on office stationery, clearly stating the puppies health diagnosis. Also, a description of puppy including the date, the puppies color, sex, and breed that he/she has examined. The breeder will verify this information through your Vet. The breeder will then bring your puppy to be examined by another Vet. If he/she has the same findings as your Veterinarian. Then the breeder will exchange your puppy with another of equal value if available. If the puppy is not available then as soon as one is. No Refunds. In the event of death within 48 hours after purchase. The buyer will provide the breeder with a Necropsy from a Vet school with the cause of death. If the puppy has not suffered any traumatic injury, and the purchaser has provided proper and adequate care for the puppy while the puppy was in their possession the same will apply. Exchange puppy must be of equal value or buyer pays the price difference. WE DO NOT REFUND OR REPLACE DUE TO TREATABLE CONDITIONS. (EXAMPLES: Hypoglycemia, Hernias, Parasites such as Coccidia, giardia, etc.). Size, color, and temperament are not guaranteed. The breeder is not responsible for any fees such as Vet fees, boarding fees, shipping fees, etc.

Buyer agrees to continue vaccinations, worming regiment, and provide monthly heartwormer.

This Health Guarantee is null and void upon any evidence of abuse, neglect, or failure to maintain the proper and normal care of this puppy as stated above.

Failure to put “Loyal Luv’s” on AKC registry will nullify the health guarantee. Boarding after 12 weeks is $10/day.

All legal disputes will be settled in Pearl River County, Mississippi.

Pets will have no breeding rights of any kind and will be sold with no papers. You will have up to 6 months of the puppies age to have him/her spayed or neutered. If your puppy is not fixed by 6 months old, this contract will be COMPLETELY VOID. You will need to send proof from your puppy’s Vet that your puppy has been fixed.

To the best of my knowledge, I am selling a healthy puppy. It will be determined healthy by a licensed Veterinarian before leaving my home, will be up-to-date on vaccinations, and worming regiment (going by weight of puppy) will have at least the first vaccination. Most puppies will be ready to go to their new home at the age of 8 wks. old, They can be picked up by their new family. If for any reason you can not pick up your puppy and you choose to hire a pet nanny (we do not ship puppies), whether you hire personally or you go through “Loyal Luv’s”, you are not purchasing your puppy sight unseen. You are hiring a pet nanny that has every right to and will refuse an unhealthy puppy, to pick up your puppy from me, in which they will be responsible for your puppy until he/she is hand-delivered to you. (It is normal for puppies to get a little motion sickness or jet lag, just like us humans!) We work on socializing your puppy and paper/pad training.

I “Loyal Luv’s Schnauzers” reserve the right to refuse to sell a puppy to anyone at anytime if I feel it is not in the best interest of the puppy.
